The Webstore Creation Package will make your life even easier, as Shopmatic will literally do it for you! Our dedicated team will help you set up your online site and provide the necessary training for you to be successful online. The Webstore Creation Package includes: a. Website design of five (5) pages (Home, About Us, FAQ, Contact Us + One Extra) + product listing (upload of up to 50 products, based on the images/information provided by the Merchant) b. Set up of four (4) functionalities - chats, social media links, linking site to a custom domain & enabling Facebook business extension (if Facebook business page is available) c. One (1) ninety (90) minutes online training session, post-delivery of the completed website General conditions: • All the activities covered in this package are carried out online and there will be no face-to-face meetings with Shopmatic consultants. • Items “a” and “b” will be completed based on the information and content provided by the Merchant to Shopmatic in the requested formats (e.g. Company Profile (About Us), HD photos / images of your business, logo, contact details, product images, pricing, descriptions and related details, etc.). Please note that Shopmatic will be responsible only for building the pages and enabling the functionalities chosen by the Merchant. Shopmatic will not be responsible for creating the content to be promoted. • Merchants are required to provide the necessary content for items “a” and “b” within thirty (30) days after the payment is confirmed. After this period, the amount paid for the DIFM Package will be forfeited and the services will not be provided by Shopmatic. There will be no refund or rebate in case the Merchant fails to provide the necessary content for the DIFM Package to be concluded. • Once the activities described in items “a”, “b” & "c" are concluded, a certificate of completion will be provided by email. Then, the Merchants are required to remove the user access granted to Shopmatic's consultants during the project and / or change the password of their accounts (as the case may be), so Shopmatic will no longer access such account. Merchants are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their accounts. • The training session described in item “c” is intended to teach the Merchants and provide valuable tips on how to maintain the online store once the first set up is concluded by Shopmatic. This DIFM Package does not include follow-up sessions for the maintenance of the online store. • The training session, in item "c" must be scheduled by the Merchant within thirty (30) days after the payment is confirmed. • Merchants shall be bound by the Terms of Service (https://goshopmatic.com/terms.html) and Privacy Policy (https://goshopmatic.com/privacy.html)
